TATTOO REMOVAL INTRODUCTION Many people choose to have decorative tattoos applied to their skin in their youth, then they regret having made such a decision. Methods of tattoo removal include surgery, dermabrasion and laser surgery. Surgical excision is the most appropriate method of removing tattoos covering not very extensive areas, but surgery will leave a scar. This is done using local anesthesia and recovery after surgery is very rapid. Dermabrasion is the
method of skin abrasion with a rotary device, but this intervention may
leave a scar or a large area with changes in pigmentation. The tattoo
may become visible even after the procedure has been performed several
times. The procedure implies local anesthesia and sedation. For better and lasting results several procedures may be needed, usually 6-12 spaced at intervals of 7-10 days. This presentation is only made for information purposes. For customized data and for further details please contact us at: Radu
